New semester begins...

A total of 15 new students have been enrolled and started their first semester of Harvesters Bible College on February 8th.  They are joining the 13 students currently enrolled.  These students come from all over Kenya to receive theological training that will equip them to become pastors and leaders in the church.  They complete coursework over a 6 week semesters that includes subjects like church history, pastoral counseling, spiritual transformation, teaching principles, and Bible study.

This didactic teaching is then accompanied by practical application through outreach and evangelism.  This past Fall, for example, some of the students joined an alumni of the college for an outreach mission to Machakos Town which is southeast of Nairobi.  The board of the bible college is schedule to meet this Spring to plan for the rest of the year's activities as they look forward to the next graduation later this year.

Let us keep praying for all the sponsors, JHM board and leaders, the Management Board of the college, lecturers and students for God’s will to be fulfilled through the lives of these students and soon-to-be pastors as they are prepared to go into the harvest field.
